How do I place an order?
Simply browse our website, add your chosen items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. We offer Klarna Pay Later and Pay in 3 for eligible UK customers, subject to status checks. Your repayment schedule is managed directly through Klarna.
What currency do you charge in?
UK customers are charged in GBP (£). US customers are charged in USD ($). The correct currency is applied automatically at checkout based on your delivery destination.
How will the charge appear on my bank statement?
The charge will appear as MODERNHYPESHOP on your bank or card statement.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us at contact@modernhypeshop.com as soon as possible. We process orders within 1–2 business days, so we cannot guarantee changes once an order is in processing.
Do you charge sales tax for US orders?

Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all mainland UK addresses (England, Scotland, and Wales) and to all 50 US states and Washington D.C. For Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and remote UK islands, please contact us before ordering.
How long will my UK order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery to the UK takes 3–6 business days from dispatch. Your total delivery time from order to door is 4–8 business days, guaranteed.
How long will my US order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery to the US takes 5–10 business days from dispatch. Your total delivery time from order to door is 6–12 business days.
Do you offer express delivery?
We currently offer standard delivery only for both UK and US orders.
How much does delivery cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and delivery destination. Free standard delivery is available on qualifying orders. The exact cost is always shown before you pay — no hidden charges.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of your dispatch notification, please contact us.
My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?
If your UK order has not arrived within 8 business days, or your US order within 12 business days of placing it, please contact us at contact@modernhypeshop.com and we will investigate immediately.
Will I have to pay customs duties for US orders?
Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply to US orders depending on the value and nature of the goods. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs authority if you are unsure.

Are your LED masks safe to use at home?

RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for both UK and US customers. Items must be unused and in their original packaging with all components, remote controls, and accessories included.
Can I return a used LED mask?
For health and hygiene reasons, LED masks and personal skincare devices that have been used cannot be returned for a change of mind. If a sealed device is opened but unused, the standard 30-day return still applies. Faulty items can always be returned regardless of use.
Can I return a used fan?
Fans must be returned unused and with all original parts and accessories included for a change-of-mind return. Faulty fans can be returned regardless of use.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Please contact us immediately at contact@modernhypeshop.com with photographs of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take a further 3–5 business days to reflect this.
Who pays for return shipping?
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs. For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label where applicable.
